
Workout at Work Day is a wonderful opportunity to promote the role that physiotherapists play in improving workplace wellbeing demonstrating to employers and workers the benefits of regular physical activity and generally healthy lifestyle.
When: Ongoing, any convenient time for you.
Where: At your workplace, at our clinic, in a park (if weather is good).
What is the case: You need to gather a group of minimum 8 people, preferably from same workplace and apply to us. We will arrange the event either at your office or you will be invited to our clinic or a park.
What does it involve: 30 min-1.5 hour activities (stretches, exercise, relaxation) that you can easily do at your work place plus we will answer your questions regarding fitness.
